BGHW is the statutory accident insurance institution for companies in the retail, wholesale and distribution sectors with 5.3 million policyholders nationwide. During several workshops, we worked with various departments to define the scope of the public procurement process, the specific tasks and the requirements for future partners. The next step was to develop all procurement documents in close cooperation with the client, including service description, competition task, selection and award criteria and the agency contract. There was huge interest among agencies when the Europe-wide invitation to tender was announced. The procurement process has not yet been concluded.
