Our ethics and framework

Three cornerstones characterize our work: objectivity, transparency and fair play.

We observe objectivity in our selection of that agency which really does suit the client according to the relevant criteria. Whether that is a two-person team or a major international full-service agency is of no consequence: decisive are only the professionalism, the team and the fulfilment of the individual client's requirements.

You as agency experience transparency in that we actively involve you in the selection process and inform you as well as possible and as far as we are allowed to do so about the requirements, criteria and next steps. In conjunction with the client and the agency we establish as early as possible framework conditions which enable conflict-free co-operations.

For us, fair play, and therefore respect between partners, is another important point. Thus, in the interests of a fair and objective selection process, we evaluate every agency according to identical criteria and also ensure, among other things, that all client-side participants in a presentation know which criteria they are to apply to which topic. And with regard to further co-operation between the client and the agency, it is our task to ensure that our client not only receives good value for money, but also at the same time that the agency is paid fairly and appropriately. Because only in this way can long-term co-operation be guaranteed.

We receive our commission and our fee from the company only. We strictly refuse any kind of donations made on the part of agencies. It is only thus that we can consult and support our clients independently and objectively in selecting and co-operating with their agencies.
