Selection often begins before the actual selection!
In order to do our job well we first have to understand you and your requirements. That's why we discuss with you what you are looking for in a new agency. Why a new agency, at all? What is important to you, and how important is it? How must the people at the agency "tick" for them to suit you? We listen closely to you and define the criteria together with you.

Random or systematic?
No doubt you know enough agencies which approach you continually. But do you really know whether the "right one" is among them?
